R32 and R410A are commonly used refrigerants and each has its own advantages. However, in terms of CO2 reduction, R32 refrigerant is significantly superior to R410A refrigerant. Compared to R22, the CO2 reduction ratio of R32 refrigerant  is 77.6%, while R410A refrigerant is only 2.5%. This shows that the use of R32 refrigerant can reduce the impact on global warming.
3) Security. The R32 refrigerant is flammable, while R410A refrigerant is non-flammable. Therefore, special attention needs to be paid to fire protection measures when using and storing R32 refrigerant. It is worth noting that of the several alternatives to R22, R32 refrigerant has the highest lower combustion limit LFL, which means that R32 refrigerant is more difficult to burn than other alternatives. Despite the flammability of R32 refrigerant, proper safety measures in practical applications can ensure its safe use.
4) Cycle performance. Theoretical analysis shows that the cooling capacity of R32 refrigerant system is 12.6% higher than that of R410A refrigerant, the power consumption is increased by 8.1%, and the comprehensive energy saving is 4.3%. The experimental results also show that the energy efficiency ratio of R32 refrigeration system is slightly higher than that of R410A refrigerant. This shows that R32 refrigerant has certain advantages in terms of energy efficiency.
R32 and R410A refrigerant each have their own unique advantages and application scenarios. R32 refrigerant is a good choice for consumers who need a smaller charge, higher energy efficiency and environmental awareness.
